Standard Cavity Slider

Our Standard model cavity slider. Smooth profile hollow core door leaf with steel inserts 1980mm high 36mm thick – Designed for a 90mm stud size. Flat jamb and grooved jamb options. Available in a range of sizes with optional soft close hardware pack (requires installation).

Cavity slider features:

Closing jambs — supplied as standard.
Heavy duty aluminium smooth running track.
4 wheel system — carries doors up to 70kg.
No floor guides required, T-Guide supplied.
Aluminium back post for strength and easy installation.
Pine timber slats for easy fixing of wall linings.
Aluminium bottom plate.
For painting purposes, quick release base plate with wheel assembly, allows for easy removal (leaves wheels in track).

Door Sizes

Door height & width refers to the leaf size (the door panel itself). The door opening width will need to be larger to account for the jam thickness and cavity pocket.

Door Jamb Sizes

Flat jamb and & grooved jamb sizes are designed for 90mm stud size + 10mm lining. Contact us to custom order doors for a unique stud/liner size.
